What exactly do you do at COViS and since when?

I was a dual student in the Salesforce bachelor's degree and now I am a Consultant and still studying besides the job in a masters program. I am directly involved in the implementation of our Salesforce projects as a Salesforce Consultant and can actively participate in the project.

Why did you choose COViS?

I came across COViS when I was looking for a course of study and was very impressed by the idea of a dual course of study with the integration of Salesforce. It is also important to me that the work here takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and that we can gain a lot of experience in active project life.

Do you have a tip for a smooth application process?

I recommend always being honest.

What does a normal working day look like for you?

Arrive at the office around 8:00 a.m. and first get a large bottle of water. Then i participate in project meetings and work on user stories afterwards. Take a lunch break around 12:00 p.m. and distract yourself with a game of chess or table football. Then I continue to work on the project or study for exams, depending on where the to-dos are.

What kind of projects are you working on right now?

In a Flow Get Records I can't use CONTAINS for a "Long Text" field type ;)

How did your colleagues welcome you?

In my opinion very good, because the first thing we really heard from every employee was that we should get in touch immediately if we have any questions or need help. What I particularly like is that all doors are always open to us.

What should an applicant bring to work at COViS?

The willingness to learn new things.

Do you have opportunities for further education?

I'm in the middle of my master studies right now (which is payed by COViS), but I can take part in seminars, e.g. IREB, and I'm constantly doing certifications.

What framework conditions are created so that the employees feel comfortable?

We organize our free time together, get job bikes, free fruit/vegetables/cereals and drinks.

Do you still have time for leisure activities?

Yes, since I can organize my working hours myself, I have enough free time.

What would you like to have known before starting your job?

That cold cola from 0.33l bottles simply tastes best. :-)

What are your visions for your professional future at COViS?

I think that after my master's degree i can continue to grow in Salesforce Consulting and expand my knowledge.

Have your expectations been met?

Yes, because I can learn project organizational things from the field of consulting as well as practical implementation, since I work as a Salesforce consultant and as a declarative developer.

Find the job that fits you most!

Here you can find all the available job offers, but you are still welcome to apply proactively.
